• Glims: Short video sharing (10-60 seconds)
• Talent Bloom: Weekly talent showcases and competitions
• SparkQuest: Creative challenges and brand collaborations
• ReadRise: Reading rewards and community book discussions
• GrowBridge: Free mentorship matching and connections

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete registration information
• Maintaining the security of their account credentials
• All activities that occur under their account
• Complying with our Community Standards
• Respecting intellectual property rights

4. Content and Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of content you create and share on NurtApp. By posting content, you grant NurtApp a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute your content on the platform.

Platform Content: NurtApp's branding, features, and platform elements are protected by intellectual property laws.

Prohibited Content: Users may not post content that violates our Community Standards, infringes on others' rights, or is illegal in any jurisdiction.

5. Regional Features and Availability

Some features have regional availability:

• Talent Bloom and SparkQuest: Initially available in Africa, global expansion planned
• ReadRise: Available globally with priority rewards for African users
• GrowBridge: Available globally from launch

6. Premium Services

Premium subscriptions are available for enhanced features. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

Users may cancel subscriptions at any time, with access continuing until the end of the current billing period.

7. Termination

NurtApp reserves the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms or our Community Standards.

Users may delete their accounts at any time through account settings.

8. Limitation of Liability

NurtApp is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
